When communities hear the news of a coming infrastructure project or mine, they have hope that they will have access to job and business opportunities. However, many communities turn against the projects due to the lack of knowledge on how to integrate communities into the projects, citing a lack of community skills and contractor capacity. At SEDGE, we have made it our business to bridge this gap, thus creating a win-win for both communities, local businesses, and the Project.
